Liberty Gulf operates from the Kingdom of Bahrain and is committed to compliance with Bahraini law including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 30 of 2018 and relevant regulations.

For paid Services, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All fees are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
